Exchange prices are decimal. A team quoted at 1.80 returns ₹1.80 for every ₹1 staked including your stake, which implies roughly a 55.5% chance of winning. Laying the same team at 1.80 means you accept ₹1 for every ₹0.80 of liability if they win.
